How Pricing Works?
The cost of your services is charged directly to your SAH package funds, which are provided by the Australian Government to help cover the cost of your care and support.
Depending on the outcome of your income and assets assessment (undertaken through Centrelink), you may be required to contribute a portion of the cost of your services. This amount is separate from the government funding and is determined based on your individual financial circumstances.
This means:
- Government funds cover a large portion of your services.
- If applicable, you may pay a co-contribution as set by the assessment.
- All costs are clearly explained and agreed upon before services commence.
