What is Support at Home?

The Support At Home (SAH) program is a new Australian Government initiative, officially commencing on 1 November 2025.
This program has been introduced to simplify and strengthen in-home aged care, replacing the existing Home Care Packages (HCP) program. SAH is designed to make it easier for older Australians to access tailored support, stay independent for longer, and have greater choice and flex
